Shipping policy

Pick Ups and Track Deliveries

Purchased items can be collected from Durack during business hours. Outside business hours collection can be arranged by contacting us via email 21eleven24@gmail.com or Ph 0448 465 888Collection at the track can be arranged also if we are attending the events. 

 

National Shipping

Items purchased are shipped from our stock from Durack in Brisbane, Queensland. We mainly use Star Track and Australia Post, however we are happy to send items on your choice of freight company or with a local courier on your account give us a call to discuss the options further. For large bulky items feel free to give us a call to explore more affordable freight options. If, for any reason, your order, or part thereof, cannot be shipped you will be notified promptly. Orders are dispatched within two business days, from the time that payment has been received in full, and delivery time is estimated to be between 2-12 business days depending on your location. If you are not available, when our delivery partner attempts a delivery, a card may be left advising you that your order will be available for you to collect from your local post office. If no such arrangements can be made, we, or our delivery partner, will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time. If you have an urgent need for the delivery of goods please contact us and discuss the need. Blackjack Race Products can NOT be held responsible for any delays to deliver caused by third party industrial action.
